If you’re eager to work on innovative projects, be part of a great team and become an employee-owner, Graham is the place for you. As a member of our Infrastructure team, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide the HSE performance across a variety of projects such as: roadways, highways and interchanges; bridges and overpasses; water and wastewater treatment facilities; transmission lines; general/public transportation including airports and light rail transit lines (LRTs); and conventional and alternative power generation like wind farms and district energy facilities. You will also further hone your skills operating under various delivery methods including Design-Build, P3 (Public-Private Partnership), Construction Management and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery).

About The Role

The HSE Coordinator reports directly to the U.S. Region HSE Manager and will have an in-depth knowledge of construction safety, WISHA, DOSH, OSHA regulations, and safety best practices.As a ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬HS&E Coordinator at Graham you will:• Provide leadership and guidance to project management and site personnel regarding hazard identification, control, and mitigation. • Provide implementation and monitoring support of Graham HSE Management System.• Observe, inspecting and assisting site operations to ensure work is being done in accordance with the Graham HSE Management system, Industry Best Practices, WISHA, DOSH, OSHA regulations and client expectations. This will encompass 70-80% of this role’s time • Foster collaborative relationships with on site personnel through good interpersonal communication skills • Provide safety-specific training and safety/orientations to groups and individuals in a classroom or worksite• Work efficiently and effectively with employees and management, often in stressful situations. • Potential travel for extended periods of time and/or working away from home from time to time may be  required• Be a team player that is willing to help the team succeed at all phases of a project.

To be Successful as an HSE Coordinator at Graham, you should have the following qualifications and/or experience: • 3-5 years HS&E management experience• Strong knowledge of OH&S or OSHA Regulations as applicable for location of responsibility • CHST, ASP, CSP or other safety designations preferred • Bachelors Degree Preferred• Advanced First Aid or higher level training preferred• Knowledge of the construction process including estimating, project timelines, reading project drawings, and subcontractor management will be very helpful to the success of the role.
